1. Order Processing & Shipping Fees
Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days for payment verification, packaging, and quality inspection before shipment.
During holidays, sales events, or high-demand periods, processing may require up to 6 business days.
Shipping Fee
A flat shipping charge of $6.99 per order applies for supported delivery regions.

• Canada / United Kingdom / Australia: 10–16 business days
• Other International Destinations: 14–21 business days

• Temporary tracking delays do not necessarily indicate a lost shipment

• Shipments may be sent under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms
• Customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges
• Clyphera™ cannot guarantee delivery timelines affected by customs processing

5. Order Changes & Cancellations
To maintain fast processing times, orders are handled promptly after purchase.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and provide photos of:

• Packaging materials
• Shipping label
Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution if necessary.
Lost Packages
If the carrier confirms that a shipment has been lost during transit, we will arrange a replacement after verification.
